So, here’s the crux of the matter diet wise, we can either: 1) Cut back on the amounts eaten. 2) Asses what is eaten or what food groups are consumed and eliminate some of them (dietary restrictions). 3) Reduce the number of hours of the day when food is eaten. These strategies will vary in how effective they are and how they are put into practice.
